Your data is used to match your demand with verified Indian factories via Agent Ekayan, fulfill orders, generate commercial invoices, classify HSN codes, clear customs, and deliver shipments. We do not sell your data. Your proprietary designs and tech-packs are strictly protected under NDA protocols before being shared with any factory node.

To execute your trade, we share strictly necessary information with:

• Verified Suppliers: For production and fulfillment.

• Logistics Partners: Freight forwarders and Customs House Agents (CHAs) for origin/destination clearance.

• Financial Partners: Escrow providers and payment processors for secure transactions.

• Government Authorities: Customs and export control authorities when legally required for shipping.
